TRACKING & TIMING

All orders are sent full insured with the option of a signature requirement. If you choose signature required at checkout, please make arrangements to be home the day your shipment is scheduled for delivery. M. Hisae is not responsible for shipping costs related to returned parcels. If you'd prefer your order be sent without a signature requirement, select the waive signature option at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification of shipment along with a tracking link. Transit times are estimates. See below.

Ground (UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS Priority Mail): 1 - 7 days
UPS Ground: Next day delivery to NYC, 4 - 7 days elsewhere
UPS or FedEx 2-Day: 1 - 2 days
DHL Express International: 3 - 5 days
